PAYMENT TERMS: By irrevocable L/C, issued and confirmed by a first class bank (i.e. HSBC, Citibank etc) acceptable to the Seller
and payable at sight by T.T.R.

T/T: 30% in advance, 70% after receiving the copy of documents by fax or email.
PACKING: 25 - 50 kgs in new PP bag at Buyers' demand or/and
700kgs in jumbo bag or/and in bulk.
SHIPMENT: In July in bulk vessel or/and in 20/40 feet Full Container Load. Loading will be started about 15 days after receipt of operative L/C.
